Appleton area school district Food Service

Please help build the elementary school food service program the way YOU and your family would like to see it by taking a brief survey about breakfast and lunch food items, menus, services and communication.

We have been alerted to a product recall on all romaine lettuce. We are taking measures to remove all products containing romaine including mixed greens, sandwiches, salad, etc. Spinach is not part of this recall, therefore can and will be served as indicated on our menus.

Recently our food service payment system through Infinite Campus experienced technical problems that have caused multiple meal charges to family accounts.

Carryover status from the 2018-2019 school year will expire on Monday, October 14th. All families without a current application on file will revert back to full pay October 15th.

Students and families can use the desktop version or download the mobile app by searching “Nutrislice” in the app store.

The food sharing table initiative, backed by the Department of Agriculture, is trending nationally. It’s intended to feed kids in need while saving nutritious, usable food from landfills.

All students will be served breakfast and lunch at no charge at the following sites: Badger Elementary, Columbus Elementary, Highlands Elementary, Horizons Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, McKinley Elementary, Johnston Elementary and Wilson Middle School.
